Me neither. I see signups aren't open (message similar to BitMeTV's), so give us more info. Are invites easy to get? Can you get in through other means (IRC, recruitment, etc.)?

I think that nCore may be in higher level than 3, It's really hard to get inside that great tracker

TTi should be level 3,you only can get invites if you are PU or higher user class like TL or RevTT. Open signups are very rare.

The site has nice pretimes and speeds,the content is not so good as in the past but the number of torrents is growing.So ,the grade [9] that have right now is OK.

Yes, you need 504 hours(21 days) for 1 invite.

Jup, thats what I would say.
Dunno about the pretimes but the content is quite good.
Like I said in the post previousely about the invites.

Note: Only Power Users and above get invites, and they currently get 1 invite every 7 days. Power Users get a maximum of 3 invites, and Elite get a maximum of 5 invites at any given time.

It's invite system is using points, an invite = 500 points .
The hard part is collecting these points, i remember my inviter's acc was about 70 weeks and i was his only invitee. You get invites by uploading and seeding and by login into the site as every day you login you get a point as i think and if you don't then you won't.
