It worked there. Looking at the HTTP headers I can see you're using the uTorrent 1.8.2 Build 14458 TL .client file. Guess the previous failed attemps were connection problems or timeouts, it happens sometimes.

By the way, you'd better disable scrape.

Have you given the tracker 30-45 minutes to update your stats? Can you post the log without concealing anything in the announce but your passkey?

Yes, you can - but remember most of the "leechers" on it are partial seeders.

It should, but then be prepared to see your ratio drop before you can "seed".

Until you have enough buffer and some more. Don't be greedy and you won't get caught.

RM can already retrieve the total amount of seeders and leechers in the swarm with scrape disabled - but there have been reports of enabling it getting you banned at some trackers.

That option can't work properly by design - you could keep on faking up to two hours after the last leecher finishes downloading.
