All the NoComplete does is not sending a certain flag, so you're basically right.

shoulder is right. I included it so that the tracker can't trace hit & runs in case you forget to remove the tracker URL. Although in high-level trackers it may do more harm than good, so I'd advice you use a DHT-Patch mod instead.

It worked, then it didn't, now it does.
If you aren't banned, I guess it works. Or maybe it's only when you use it sparingly and don't ghostleech 100 FLAC albums in one hour.
