You can go a bit higher than that, but from your posts I get the impression you want to be extra-careful and who am I to argue with that, so yes, 100kB/s is okay.

100kb/s for 30days = 24.71gb that may cause a ban , extra careful is good but it may lead to a ban since leechers will vanish by time.
moderate speeds for me are 500~1mb/s @ TL.

He planned to greatly reduce speeds after each ratio went above 1.5 or something, I think.

When the ratio is 1.5...it starts uploading around 2,5kb/s...so....if i have everytime 30 torrents...thats 75kb/s....i usually have the pc on for 14 hours a day.....
It's 264Mb/hour -> 3,6Gb/day -> 108Gb/month...
If you upload 500kb/s it would be at least 500gb/month.....it sounds like too much i guess.....

why leave the torrent running for 14hours , just cheat till you reach 1~3 times what you've downloaded then remove the torrent, don't cheat on too many torrents.

Doesn't their new snatchlist keep track of seeding time? In that case, it might be a good idea to seed at low or zero speeds for some time... but if that's not necessary, to each his own.

And the torrents from snatchlist are automatically deleted after some time (one month or so).

hi there. i am very new in torrents and after waited 3 -4 years at least i got an account from TL.
now i made a mistake and downloaded old files and the seeding is not going well.
so on ratio is under 0.03 now.
how to raise it?
i read some posts here and i dont know all the stuff. i mean my main language is not english and some terms are very stranger for me.

i installed RM and capable version of uTorrent.
in some post i read there should be a memory reader. but i do not understand what does it mean.
can anybody explain it to me?
and can you give the settings for RM?

i really dont want to loose my TL account after i waited that much long. and need real help.

For that you'll have to read this thread. People don't share their settings. They post the speeds they've worked with, and on what kind of torrents, among other observations.
