LoL Anon, It works just fine b4 i applay the patches....and once that happens dl stops...and tracker just can't connect.

You can start by picking active torrents and not using the same speed and target ratio on every one of them Actually, TL has so much peer activity, non-blatant cheating on new uploads should be pretty much impossible to detect.

What upload speeds do you recommend? I know mRatio has an option to randomize upload and download speeds (minimum and maximum) per x minutes or hours.

You can start at 1 MB/s unless your ISP doesn't offer that much. Trackers see an average speed (uploaded data divided by time since last announce); the randomizer's purpose is preventing you from consistently reporting the same one over a long time period.

Seriously, though, I hope you will consider my previous advice. After all the changes they've implemented over the years, TL doesn't really require cheating unless you have a horrible upload speed and/or are a heavy downloader.
