but isn't it supposed to hold as much users as we like ? I mean there is no daily limits for users visits either for the forum or thru the server, isn't it ?

There isn't a user limit, but a bandwidth limit.

oooh,it's OK that way,I guess that's why the server always times out & gives the "Account Suspended" error msg when there isn't enough bandwith for the surf..

Yes, when it runs out of daily bandwidth.
The SB-I index itself (without any images), for example, is ~220KB and downloaded all the time...

yeah but shouldn't that be uncapped ? I mean we surely pay for monthly expenses for their server rent,so it's not ethical at least to cut down bandwith even for a couple of hours daily,we pay to have full access whenever we like to...beside that all forums have more excessive usage during the day without having those time-out errors

Yes, of course, but understand that every hosting plan has its different limits according the cost, and you're assumed to accept this when signing up under that plan; Servage's cheapest plan offers 5010GB of monthly transfer for USD 6.45/mo, for example.

And if we had infinite bandwidth, we'd need to pay the same amount of money to the hoster.

yeah,I can understand that, still it's kinda nagging to have that suspended service msg all the time in periods of day that we really need to have the forum working...

Yes, of course it is. I didn't have anything to do when SB-I was down yesterday, either.

But those suspended messages will be gone soon

    No!
I said "nice" because if Rebound can't do nothing about it, it must mean that he can do something about it.
