i agree. PC ownz all consoles. although ps3 is the way to go if you like to play online without paying.
both console are good i want to buy xbox360 but when is possible to watch mkv in high definition. i don't want only a game console
i'm an old sony fan since ps1 so i got myself a ps3.
i dont play many games on it, just pro evolution soccer and grand turismo but i find it to be an excellet media center. streming movies through my pc was never easier.

for online playing xbox 360 us super best . i have PS3 and xbox 360 and i prefer xbox 360 , xbox is good in graphics and online playing ...PS3 is only good in blue-ray lol
PS3, I bought a 500GB hard drive for it a while back and I use it as my media center when I am not gaming, blu-ray is icing on the cake. Also, there are some pretty good ps3 exclusives on the roadmap such as God of War 3 and MAG.
xbox 360!! just got mine modded!! im downloading so many games & with the new mod you can play live!! its mad fun!
I would say PS3, BLUE RAY ROX!, but seriosuly, you can access to internet with PS3, so you can go to youtube and stuff like that.
aside from comparing exclusive game titles (which you should do by yourself because its purely opinion based), some other things to consider:
xbox live (costs money, but is unified and system wide)
blu ray support (only on ps3)
hardware problems (ps3 = far quieter, less prone to failing)
hackability (360 can be modded to play backups)
for me, game library is by far the most important consideration. as such, i went with the 360 because in my opinion it is much better than the ps3's
Was just going to say the same thing. For online play, the 360 has a much larger community. The PS3 will be growing because of the price drop, but honestly don't see it ever getting to Live's level. Not to mention, better exclusive titles for the xbox.Originally Posted by whyme
