After some tests, the response:
- The new feature doesn't work in multiselection mode (we must select them one by one);
- After the change (permission and publish), the upload, for that files, are not blocked;

Other question, some days ago I used an other mod, eMule Sins v0.6, and I found an interesting features...set the Share Level, "No Share", directly into Share File List for single file...

This feature already implemented!!

Right-click on a File...choose "permission"---> "hidden"
choose "publish"-------> "no" (this means that the file is not send to KAD and Server)

I do not know why but sometimes these files are shared equally...
