Seems it's just a code merge with StulleMule - I found this at the Sivka MOD honepage:

After sivka stopped the development of my first favourite mod I decided that it might be the time to merge it on my own. As some users and one special friend/ great supporter agreed I started working on the code.

This is only a plain merge! It does not contain any additional features. ...
