It has a funny name Do you know of a customizing tool like this but for WinXP? I'd recommend MagicTweak (lets you touch a lot of stuff), but it isn't free.

LOL yeah kinda $$$ (no offense zat) its just the name,anyway,for sure its a good option for Vista users to freely customize their OS
