RSDx6 (English version of RSD 0.584)

translation updated to the latest version
for more info see the 0.572 ENG thread
i decided to change its name to RSDx[translation version number] for two reasons:
* it lets me know how many english versions have been released ^^
* looks l33t

changelog:
v1: initial version, fixed youcrypt button bug, translated one string, changed user-agent to 'Opera/9.50 (Windows NT 5.1; U; en)'

known bugs:
the program isn't 100% translated (things like the log or some message boxes are still in german ). i couldn't find these in my resource editor but everything else is translated.

if you find any bugs (that aren't in the original german rsd but yes in this version) or places where the translation could be improved please tell me

according shoulder's explanation, we could say it's just a temporary error...

maybe it goes away with a reboot?

i got the same error, like this:

POST FEHLER: Socket Error # 10061
Connection refused.
FEHLER: Link fehlerhaft
FEHLER: Dateigrößen unterscheiden sich, wiederhole Download

after about five automatic retry's RSD managed to download the file, no reboot needed

now you don't even need to reconnect, just fill RSD with links and wait...

only problem is that the waiting time is still there, except its not too long (between 30-60sec depending on file size) and the link speed seems to be capped, i tried on several servers, same result: max ~60kB/s; if you use the RS web interface it can get up to 90kB/s, but you don't have the automated functions of RSD

haven't tested happy hours yet...

The speed is that slow because RS has set a speedlimit of 62,5KB/s for free users.

rsd doesn't remove the waittime even if it could (like that JS bookmarklet people used long ago at rs.de), rapidshare doesn't give you a file link until all the wait seconds have passed since you GET-ed the download page i think...

maybe it peaked 90kbs for some time? here it doesn't get higher than 60k...

yeah but you know what anon,I still get my full speed using IDM (which is around 125-130 Kbps),thats why I felt strange too when I got only around 59-65 Kbps using RSD,anyway my error wasnt about speed,about that connection timed out !!

well reppy your pic with the error message says the socket error followed by the error thet the link is wrong maybe can shoulder help

you can't... RS doesn't make free users wait between downloads anyway (but there's a 62.5kb/s speed limit)
