Remember this doesn't work at BCG anymore. It theoretically should at any tracker that shows a "try back later" page and has real chances of ever opening (TS shows such a page too) by pruning inactive users, for example Zamunda and BitSoup, but you'll have to spend much more time refreshing the page.

No, it doesn't. They once "opened", but that was because of a database crash.

I meant that trying to get in will take you more time. Back when this worked at BCG, they'd open every 5-7 seconds, so you only had to wait a few minutes. On the kind of trackers I mentioned, they only open when inactive users are pruned, so you'll have to wait much longer.
