No Ratio bedeutet das du in dem Mod jede beliebige Uploadrate einstellen kannst ohne das dein Downloadspeed zusammen bricht. In der offiziellen Version ist eben so eine Speere mit eingebaut, so dass die Leute auch Uploaden müssen.

In der offiziellen Version wird sobald du einen Download abgeschlossen hast diese Information an die Server und Clients geschickt so das du bei den Quellen die das File komplett haben mit aufgeführt wirst.
Das don't send complete file status feature unterbindet genau diesen Vorgang und somit wirst du nie mit einem Downloadfortschritt von 100% angezeigt.

Andere Communitys zu faken hatte ich für die nächste Version geplant, da ich dafür ein wenig mehr Zeit brauchen werde und ich die 0.49a heraus bringen wollte, da der Mod bei mir trotz den ganzen leecher features echt gut läuft. Ich hoffe das es bei euch auch der fall ist.
Aber der Applejuice Fake wird warscheinlich nicht hin hauen da die ja für ihr community feature eine 128 bit verschlüsselung verwenden wenn mich nicht alles täuscht...

bei dem don't send complete file status feature, was für ein status wird denn da während des downloads an die anderen clients geschickt, zu wie viel % sehen die mich denn immer?

Dort weden sie deinen normalen Fortschritt sehen wie in der letzten Version. Das feature tritt erst mit abgeschlossenen Download in Kraft aber wenn man dann zusätzlich noch eine NoShare Funktion verwendet sehen dich auch die anderen clients nie mit einem kompletten File.

indeed. finally a mod that offers real security, unlike others that state to be "ZOMG 100% SAFEZ0R!!" just because they have a "don't send filelist to server" checkbox and (community only) 12039781209371bit encryption

use this mod and a good, up-to-date ipfilter, and you're like 90% anonymous in the ed2k network

Yes a function like that could be useful but then i've the problem that other mods could search after the sbi community and ban that clients...

if he does it through modstring, it'll be detected

through hello-packet, it can be detected too.

nach kurzer testphase kann ich nur gutes über den Mod berichten, er läuft bei Vista Home 32 bit stabil, sehr gute down ergebnisse nette funktionen hoffentlich tauchen deine Mods nicht wieder auf fremde Boards auf, daher wär es eventuell interessant zu überlegen ob man nicht ne anmelde funktion wie bei den Shareaza Mod von Smasher damals mit einbaun sollte... also so das es auch nur SB- User nützen können..

Habe aber einen kleinen Fehler zu melden: Bei mir (Vista SP1 32 Bit) wenn ich auf "Tools" oben drücke einmal, dann öffnet sich ordnungsgemäß das kleine Menü mit den weiteren Optionen. Wenn ich das aber wieder schließe bleibt "Tools" ausgewählt und ich kann es nicht mehr öffnen, dazu muss ich eMule jedes Mal neustarten.

ja das geht auf winxp auch nicht der tool button ist irgendwie kaputt geht nur einmal, danach nicht mehr.
