I am using Windows 7.
Do not want to use buggy, bloated Windows 11,
Windows 10 same and also near to expire.
Tried to migrate to Linux.
But intel hd 3000 graphic drivers failed me to migrate there.

ChromiumOS fork? Good luck trying to do anything other than the small set of tasks it's been designed for.

Also, sorry, I am a Linux guy, but why the heck not try going for something like Windows 11 IOT LTSC ?

When you get to hell, tell em' Duke sent ya
I'd recommend Tiny11 with ExplorerPatcher and/or other UI customization addons, but I think the decision is already made on that regard.
JohnWick, if you want to upgrade from Windows 7 but Windows 11 is not an option, Windows 10 is not an option, Linux is not an option and (according previous posts) your hardware is not good enough for a Hackintosh, I don't really know what to suggest...

Uh, that's much better than previous posts from you hinted at...
My recommendations are the following. Get more RAM, which you appear to have done at least once. Repaste your processor, because lower temperatures = less thermal throttling. Install Tiny11 (its balance of resource usage vs. functionality is impressive), and ThrottleStop to make the most out of your i7; if you have time to learn how they work, there's also PowerSettingsExplorer and SmallProcessorMask.
That, or install VxKex on your Windows 7 and learn to live without whatever still refuses to run.
