Severance is the second show spearheaded by Bel Stiller ( Zoolander guy ) and it's about a company ( Lumen ) that inserts chips into the brains of their employees with their consent in order to create a fully split persona with its own sectioned memory just for labor at the company which is absurdist in both presentation and organization, extremely closed to the public and by the looks of it has a lot of influence on the outside world. ( I read the booklet and watched a lot of theory videos ).

I actually recommend you watch the trailer as it does the show justice.
Season 2 comes out on 17 Jan 2025 but don't watch it please because it contains spoilers which ruin the first season.

It's a good show. Good actors, good characters, good writing. They might shit the bed with the second season but season 1 is good TV and considering this is the best show on Apple TV or plus or whatever they call it I doubt it.

ok watching first episode got me to complete the season, hopefully good story with clear milestones and no staling like everything else these days. Thanks for sharing.
