They brought her on to play the counterpart of Joker's romance interest. Interestingly her character (Harley Quinn) will be a bit different from the previous adaptations of the character. She isn't Joker?s psychologist, but rather a fellow Arkham Asylum inmate who becomes infatuated with the Joker.Originally Posted by alpacino
I think they hired her to meet Joaquin Phoenix's unique character. Hopefully the movie turns out to be something worth watching in 2024 as there's hardly anything worth it these days.
It will be a disappointment. You can record my words, and check after the movie is released.
It will be good if they can keep the same level as the original, but that's something every sequel struggles with...
