Torrent File Editor has a command line mode, but last time I checked, all it could do is convert bencode to JSON and back. You would have to export as JSON, do the actual editing with something else (I'd use sed), then convert back to .torrent.

If you're familiar with how bencoding works, you can follow the procedure at https://www.sb-innovation.de/showthread.php?p=359303, but to change the announce URL(s) and their length instead.

    That sounds very complicated.
If there is no tool, or there is a solution at Mratio

I can't think of an easier method. mRatio does allow editing the announce URL for stopped torrents, but only one at a time. If the HTTP tracker is already included in your torrents, you can choose it over the default by right-clicking them in the add window and selecting it under Announces, but I don't think that's the case.

Or you could install and use mRatio Fixer, then you'd only have to remove and readd existing torrents so that they take the new proxy settings...

Feel free to share But if it's something that involves uploading .torrent files somewhere, keep in mind you don't know who's behind it or what they're doing with your passkeys!
