happens to me , sometimes the ISP just goes mad,
try resetting your internet modem or another browser.

I think that's browser related. Which browser you're using?
Try to disable the file manager in options: http://www.sb-innovation.de/profile.php?do=editoptions
How can it be my isp if i just uploaded that image.

Maybe it's fixed in the next vbulletin version. But for me it works correctly. You can try it later with another attachment.
