    First is very relaxing, second one very cute :)
    Definitely having a streak of bad days right now though and I wish it helped just a bit more :(

    Don't let stuff overwhelm you - even if it is overwhelming - or else it becomes +10dB worse.

    I have also found that making a list of problems helps, especially when you cross items out.
