    New Interesting AntiMalware In Town

I suggest to those interested to test WiseVectorX. It's very leight, pretending to be "AI powered" (but that seems not to be only a marketing gimmick), able to detect 0-day/fileless threats and ransomware, and there are good feedbacks on MalwareTips. Pretty good privacy policy too.

Last version is 2.73, entirely free. Next version will come very soon now. It will be v3.xx beta, still entirely free, then after the beta phase, a paid version will be released with added features.

Sadly I don't have time to test it, but I found some reviews.

The Chinese origin of this program and possible ties to that country's government has some on edge, but there is no evidence of foul play at the moment. A representative for the company is active on MalwareTips. Also, Windows XP support alone means this is guaranteed to at least have a small but dedicated userbase.

I was reluctant in view of this app's chinese origin but the good privacy policy and positive feedback from privacy & security aware people from malwaretips and then wilderssecurity finally convinced me to test it, first on a VM, and then on my laptop.

The v3 has been released a few days ago. Several interesting features (firewall and HIPS) have been added. This new version has triggered true enthusiasm on wilderssecurity. Moreover (and mostly), WiseVectorX got very positive feedback from CruelSister, an old member of both wilders and malwaretips, who have a high rep on these sites in pc security area.

I really think this app is worth a try.
