Thread: Is my cheating plan good enough for RED?

  1. #31
I also want to start cheating on Redacted, I have two questions:

    1. Can I keep the listening port of RatioMaster+ the same as my qBittorent port?

    2. According to your plan, you want to seed many torrents at a very slow speed, would not that be easy to detect? I mean when a real leecher downloads from us, they don't take hours to slowly download the files, so should not we try to act like a real leecher and download at more than 200kbps speed at least for few minutes and stop it manually.

    1. yes, as long as you always start qBittorrent first so that it can actually bind to the port.

    2. has already been answered in page 1.

One way to cheat... or do it very legally... is if you have like 2 accounts and use the other account to download the files uploaded by the first one.
Since redacted has that 5yr thing going on this could in fact work... they gave 50 freeleech tokens.
put in some random 50 files 1 gb each and use the other account to seed it.
    Should work quite well, no?
I also had some "Different" experiences with cheating on Redacted however...
I haven't been there for more than a few months and i cheated blatantly and they didn't happen to notice.
And since i was a complete newbie i cheated on those torrents that one would find immediately if something was wrong like if the file is 5 gigs and u uploaded 52+Gigs on it in a short amount of time XD
But i wasn't detected at all.... so i guess there's that.
Either they're not so attentive or there's a threshold where the amount of users get low enough for them to investigate. keeping around 25GB should be the way to go i think. Mine's like above 100GB so... XD
I wonder how long it'll take them to find me...
Would be a fun catch up game in itself lol

"Very legally" if you ignore the fact their golden rules disallow having more than one account. Now, if you meant that in the sense of two different people acting in collusion and gaming the system to buffer each other, then indeed it's a technically "legal" tactic their staff don't seem to think needs any addressing.

For maximum effectiveness, make sure to use the IP filtering feature in both clients to block the entire IPv4 address space with the exception of each other and RED's tracker... if you were so inclined.

I have heard from someone, this is very notorious tracker, if they found cheating, trading/selling, invited, account, they will try their best to ban you from all trackers.
