My last 2 payments were never honored (they were valid with the system back then), just like my emails were unanswered ... no way I will try your new payment system.
I am not related to the site, I am just a user. From what I heard, they changed from the "donation"-system to the usual 1 year payment. Normally, you are able to see the info I posted after clicking on get VIP button.
You could try to contact the admin via the given e-mail. Is it a new one?
What if you make a new account there by using a VPN, maybe you will be able to see the message then? (do it on your own risk)

I was a VIP when the site first sprung up, then coasted on free tier ever since, but things just kept getting worse and the Admin with his paranoia mind state.
I swear the dude has issues, like serious issues, numero uno #1 = 1 failed login to straight IP ban, like come on. The forum is littered with people asking for their IP to be either removed from the ban list or requesting to ease the 1 fail ban policy. Nope he is budging one bit.
Then xx random week, reduces download counter, next week turns it back up, few months later disables IRC, then enables it. Followed by disabling download and api and then re-enabled it ...................... Finally disables forum, disables downloads. I thought I was the only one have issues with my account until I confirmed with a friend who is also a user.
Free accounts are good as dead at the point and it's been like that for quite a while. I'm not going to lie, there are a handle of nifty releases indexed only there but the ups and downs not to mention the unstable site error is HARD PASS at this point. I can not think of any site that has so much policies that go from disabled to enabled with the drop on a hat.
It is clearly a one man operation, nothing wrong there, but the guy takes ages and sometimes doesn't even answer posts, I assume because he is inundated. I would rather pay VIP status elsewhere.
