I had the same problem and never received any password reset linnk nor any support from them. Their support are the worst to tell the truth.

Unfortunately, this is not proper design... imagine a bridge rated for up to 5 tons that collapses under a load of 5001 kg, because "you weren't supposed to go above 5000 in the first place".

no offence. Actually i like this indexer a lot. it has the fastest pres and most old and new scene releases than most indexers out there. Just it would not be a bad idea to fix this reset password option.
