The archive was amazing, I do not know if there are trackers that do this, last one I saw was TorrentBytes, long while ago too, but I'm not a member anymore.

I still have some of SCC packs saved on my drives! Archived scene releases

And they saw many more birthdays after the second one, but times change and nothing stays the same...

Regarding the archive system, the long-defunct ScL also had that feature, but I suppose there is little interest on such a thing nowadays as regular packs and freeleech are seen as good enough.

TorrentLeech is perhaps the closest thing we still have to the dedicated scene trackers of the past.

Oh yes, a.k.a. The clover, another good website ScL. Yeah you're right, times have changed.
TL is a good source nowadays, I do not know if it is just me but the scene seems to be disappearing every time, even more with what happened with SPARKS, it's a shame. Maybe we are all getting old and there's no legacy.

I had no idea they're down, let alone what happened to them. Back in the day I used to visit sometimes for entertainment purposes, and firmly remember you had to zoom text to at least 300% to make it readable

Competition from P2P groups is now fierce across all categories, the legal atmosphere gets tougher with time, and the SPARKS bust was a reminder of something every scener knows from day one: your little hobby could land you in prison... is it worth it? I can't fault anyone who answers no.

Perks - Receives invites (up to 3), access to the Extreme Users forum (invite giving/requesting allowed) , can upload freeware (set to Neutral Leech), can vote for torrents, can edit their torrents and edit torrent groups they've uploaded to.
Demotions - Demoted to Power User when their uploaded amount drops below 75 GB or their current uploaded torrent total is less than 10. Demoted to Member when their ratio drops below 0.95.

Reportedly it's possible to obtain access with a good proxy list and some tricks up your sleeve. However, I don't have any feedback on this method (positive or negative).
