Can i use mR only and is it stil safe if I can't use it simultaneously with deluge? Am I detectable ?

Say I run mR, choose emulation and seed .... deluge client is not running and never was.

Check out the Client Files section for either program... not only is the explanation for such behavior given on every qBittorrent thread, it has also been elaborated upon several times.
