    Convert PAL to NTSC

    Can someone Please point me in the right direction to convert PAL to NTSC? And what programs are needed?

    also if i had to convert from ntsc from pal i used Download: Tmpeg-Enc - PC-WELT, but very rare becouse its not so comfortable to use. If u want to convert it into DVD u can also use AVI to DVD Video Converter Software VSO ConvertXtoDVD

    You can change the format with the most video convert softwares.
    tmpgenc xpress is a good choice for it...
