Dealing with global ban?

It's late 2017, PTP just started recruiting again. I could've got in via some official recruitment when it drops. But I got a global ban about 2 weeks ago.
Now point to be noted. I didn't get global ban because of cheating. It was because of an inivtee who shared his AHD account with me. Turned out he got that invite from a stolen BTN account's official recruitment.

Now since he made the account via his mobile network's IP and I was the second person to log in, I didn't know how he got an inivte and I asked him if it's okay to login with my IP, and I logged in.

So now. I am facing a global ban.

Now I got over it and I am willing to start over.
I don't even want to use my existing accounts to get an invite.
LUCKILY, I'm moving to a new city in one month. I think it's wise to wait that time.
I know i'll loose the way to get into PTP but it's cool.
I should be getting a new IP for my VPS I use as seedbox soon too.

Now. I am looking for suggestions.
Let's assume I don't have anything right now.

Where do I start?
How do I climg the ladder again and what would be the safest and fastest course of action to do so?
I don't mind if it takes me 6-7 months to get where I am was now.

r/OpenSignups/ can be one but I don't think I can climb up the ladder from there

assuming you're really starting a clean slate (no cheating, or only minimal cheating):
I think your best bet is to signup to the trackers that have interviews - red, apollo, mtv, mam, ggn (application), alpharatio, oppaitime, tehc (open signups every now and then, but you have to catch it).
red and ggn alone can open the gates for almost any other tracker including ptp, if you put good and hard work into it.
mtv and mam have pretty good reputation too, so they can be used as a good stepping stone.

I think the rest have good rep too, but since I'm not sure, I can't "commit" to it.

My advice to you: disregard the "ladder". Follow my guide (most of it, including all the relevant parts, has stood the test of time) to make sure you really have a fresh start. Find an invite to IPT or nCore. Stay tuned to the open signups thread, because TL, SCC, TC and other goodies often pop up in there. Do the Apollo and/or Redacted interviews, they're easier than people make them look and will essentially get you free invites.

Now you have a general tracker and a music tracker, which are about all you need. If you can get to Power User on the music trackers, the invite threads will give you more than you need.

what anon said and i would also recommend to stop wasting time on climbing the ladder thing. I think (According to 4chan) PTP is recruiting RED elite's so join there and wait for 6 months (recruitment will stay most probably, it'll come back even if it vanishes) and once you're in PTP then i don't need to tell you anything else. If you just want content then signup for those general trackers and MTV (which is having interviews every month), TehC (open sign-ups once in a while) and RED/APL interview. If you still insist on wasting your time "climbing the ladder" then you're free to do so.

I'm also looking for usenet now since I really don't want to waste anymore time.
But there are few things which are crucial.
Bitme, BiB, MaM, Cgpeers
These are the sites I used more than any general tracker.
I have soitgo.es and random sources for movies and tv shows.
I rarely watch any old or obscure content.
Not really into music but for that, I have tidal and I can even download FLACs from tidal.

However, I already have an IPT. I can share a friend's RED or whatever. All I care about right now it Bitme, and BiB.
I have lost BitME and bitspyder is nowhere near it. I only wish to climb the ladder for BiB.
I'm sure I won't get into BiB without being an established user again.

Other than that. I remember using IPT and I already made a dupe account for it 40 days ago. My stats stand 1TB up and 50MB down upto now. So. BiB is all I want

Offtopic: I heard from someone that there are trackers that don't even have a website and is all irc based. Is it true?

I have to disagree. it all depends on what you're looking for.
MANY many movies cannot be found on TL, nor IPT. and if you do find them, you better pray they're not axxo dvdrip
same for TV selection. you can never compare a tracker that has only one version of a season you want to watch, and it's HDTV 720p, to a tracker that lets you choose between HDTV,WEB-DL,Bluray, between 720p,1080p,1440p, etc.
and if it's a not so popular TV show - chances are you just won't find it on the general tracker.

on the other hand, if you only watch 1 TV show every few months, and the occasional new movie from 3 months ago, general tracker can very much fulfill your needs.

it seems that for your needs, going through red is your only option.

put some hard work into it (real work that is), and you can probably get what you need in 3-4 months

I guess so. I'm just put off by the concept of doing "good and hard work" to get into the cool pirate sites "in 3-4 months", when I can get everything I want with the few accounts I already own and have more fun things to do.

It's all been said pretty much, but..

First of all I'd ask myself what kind of content do I really need, or I'm seeking.
As for general/0day, TL opens quite often, or getting invited could be easy. Same goes for SCC
For music, an apollo invite should fall from the sky. Or, you could do the RED interview which will get you into further places once you hit elite there.
For movies, TehConnection opens often as well, or getting invited shouldnt be an issue.
Games.. if you do download any. GGz, was open for applications until a few days ago, but 0day sites should feed you on fresh games.

Idk what else you could possibly need. Those are my personal recommendations, Apollo, Red, TL/SCC, GGz, TehCo, dont really need a lot more. Good luck

I read on teh internal forum that PTP don't recruit there. Maybe you can only request an invite.

change your IP address.
some ISP allow that via customer service.
else, you can also turn off your modem (unplug the power cable) for 24h+.
Depending on the ISP OSS Software and modem manufacturer, it will free up your IP and give it to someone else.
then you get yourself a new IP address when you turn on your modem again.

Dreamer: Yes, I don't want to invest more time into it but there are things I can only find at certain places.
To be honest, I have no regret in loosing GGn, AB, RED, Lb, the only sad thing is bitme but it's cool.

I'm moving to a new place tomorrow and I will stay there for few days and then I'll find an ISP and a place to rent and move permanently. I might just make accounts on some open trackers tomorrow itself
