Can one can tell me from where i can learn about oracle , SQL, PL/SQL, erp system? i don't know jack shit about it

In your country, not much. It differes from country to country.
In Oracle Romania, for instance, things are very bad. Low salaries, idiot managers, lots of overtime.

Start with Wikipedia and "for dummies" books. Follow up with the external sources and recommended bibliography. If (when!) you encounter difficulties with specific concepts, use any search engine to research them. After you think you're buff enough, download exams and evaluate yourself.
You can learn anything this way, it only takes time.

Resigned today. Now just have to serve 1 month of my notice period. Tomorrow's gonna be super akward. Every 1 will be like dude u got promotion and u're throwing it away .. r u nuts? It'll be super annoying. Truth is they don't want to handle the projects i handle, coz they're big risky projects and eat all of your time. Will post the akward shindig tomorrow at night

Eh, just say you have your reasons and don't want to elaborate. People have their own problems to worry about, two days from now no one will be bothering you anymore.
I'd say the awkward thing is that they're making you work for another month when you've already resigned. Employees who are a goner, by choice or otherwise, can range from careless to actively hostile towards the company since they'll be leaving soon anyway. We know you're not a vandal, but watch out for anyone who may want to do something stupid and frame you for it.
