They're disabled for me too. It may be a security-oriented measure after the recent BREIN drama, but their forums probably have the exact reason.

They are likely to remain closed, but they will open recruitment on other trackers (PU forum).
Wow at least my account is still alive after all the drama haha. KG is one of my favourite trackers
