if and only if that torrent is also present on other trackers in other words its a common release. in this case you will called a cross seeder which is legal on almost all of the tracker including bitme.

I don't think that's a good idea, though "cooperative" cheating (you fake upload, and someone else fakes download at the same speed on your torrent) will work.

I don't recon/find I have ever heard of it. In-fact as much I know I think I had asked this question in a thread but that time no one replied. I considered it as not possible. ;(
