Upload problem

Hello, I am on a private tracker where it is very difficult to maintain a good ratio without donations.
So I upload an exclusive torrent from my collection and I quickly realized that after a leecher has completed download my torrent he seeded 15 times faster than me. I upload this torrent to lift MY ratio.
Finally, he increased his ratio thanks to me.

How can i block the seed for the seeder at 90/95% for have more increase ratio ? INJUSTICE.

As long as your connection speed isn't fast enough to quickly upload to multiple peers at the same time, there's nothing you can do about this. Even IP-blocking the offender will merely result in them getting the files from whoever else you're uploading to, nearly simultaneously.

Just be happy with uploading a single copy's worth of data now, and stay seeding in hopes of getting more than that in the long run. At least someone is grabbing your stuff...

Honestly, I'd be super pissed off if I was stuck at 95% and probably would never get any of your stuff again.
And even then, it solves nothing since that peer can still seed 95% of the torrent to other people, and will most likely end up seeding even more and longer than originally intended as (s)he waits for that last 5% (s)he'll apparently never get from you.

This has been (ab)used as an anti-leeching measure in the past, when seedboxes were still rare.
