lol.. from 2 years i've been working out and to be honest i skipped leg day for the whole 1st year.. in 2012 i was so skinny my aim was just to reach 60 kg and i was 48 kg.. i just bulked up on carbs and fat and little protein.. after a year i saw a guy in gym .. he was in gr8 shape and then i was motivated by him and i started bodybuilding.. my goal is just to a have a good looking body .. not big though.. i gained 38 kgs since then..
now i don't skip leg day.. although my legs r in proportion to upper body now but conditioning is not that great i mean the cutting the lines.. But i don't care much since i have to put pants on all day
