Cheating on BaconBits

Since there isn't a thread for this tracker, I figured I'll open one. Any previous experience of cheating here? If so at what speeds and which tool?

After some testing, this is the conclusion I arrived at with regards to cheating here:
1. Flashing will get you banned in no time, so don't do it
2. Speeds at about 10 MBps works fine on the newest torrents using WM
3. Speeds at about 1 MBps-2 MBps works fine on the newest torrents without WM
4. Speeds at about 3-5MBps works fine on older torrents with lots of partial seeders using WM

Higher speeds can be tested at your own risk of course, this is what worked for me. Note that all tests were carried out using mRatio 5.2. Its been nearly 2 weeks and I haven't been banned.
