The Buffalo Boy 7/10

I'm watching much of non-Hollywood movies. This one is pretty decent Vietnamese one, about struggle of rice farmers as the seasons change. They've got only 2 seasons - dry one and rainy one (during which grass is flooded and buffalos - the main working animals, go hungry).

- worthless, laughable, similar to the original, check out the imdb rating for some extra eyebrow-raising moments (as if the movie itself didn't provide plenty of those)

Homefront (2013) 1-3/10
- worthless, laughable, you could call it statham-bad (as expected though so... what was i thinking...)

Good for a one time watch. Good effects though few and far in between & the movie somehow lacks heart even though it's pretty much story based.
