Eating like a pig in just 1 time won't do any Good actually.. what about the time inbetween the meals? becoz ur metabolism is fast u burn calories quickly than the others n ur stomach is basically empty.. So whatever u ate like a pig is gone in the wind.. Timing is the factor here... So when ur stomach is empty is body needs energy it breaks the FAT into ATP for energy.. Just coz i said eating after every 3 hours and taking protein too won't give u a fit body.. It will just bulk u up.. U'll gain fat only.. WHY? because to build muscle breakdown of muscle is necessary.. Means Lift heavy weights.. When body repairs the muscle then it also builds up new muscle coz body adapts quickly.. Body knows u're lifting heavy ass weights everyday.. SO to make it easier it builds new muscle while repairing but only if u're supplying enough protein and water.. Its a way more complex than that but for now this is all u need to know..

Other - Whey protein, caffein, protein blends
