So whatever u ate like a pig is gone in the wind.. Timing is the factor here... So when ur stomach is empty is body needs energy it breaks the FAT into ATP for energy.. That's y u're skinny and lean.. Other reasons include skipping the 3 time basic meal ..

Just coz i said eating after every 3 hours and taking protein too won't give u a fit body.. It will just bulk u up.. U'll gain fat only.. WHY? because to build muscle breakdown of muscle is necessary.. Means Lift heavy weights.. When body repairs the muscle then it also builds up new muscle coz body adapts quickly.. Body knows u're lifting heavy ass weights everyday.. SO to make it easier it builds new muscle while repairing but only if u're supplying enough protein and water.. Its a way more complex than that but for now this is all u need to know..
Protein natural sources - Eggs, chicken (breast piece has max protein), beef, fish, sea creatures, tofu etc etc
Other - Whey protein, caffein, protein blends
    Whey is further divided into
    1. concentrate, isolate & hydrolyzed( in order of digestion n quality) isolate is the best in terms of cost n effectiveness.. hydro is overpriced . concentrate is cheapest for good for bulking

    i recommend u guys blends.. protein Blends r better 4 u..

No, I just hardly eat anymore It's kind of ironic since I used to be fat.
Already eat every few hours, but probably not the amounts you're talking about. (fruit, yoghurt, quark, ...)

I still need to find time for a gym, though. Maybe that's just an excuse....... ^^

well u do realise that fruits n yogurt doesn't have carbs in it nor much calories.. Although fruits provides a good fiber and yogurt helps in digestion..

thats not healthy either, its extreme sports, pushing limits and overly straining the body (not to mention the usage of doping-like substances to keep up the top level) which eventually sends them to an early retirement, having a worn-out body in need of additional (medical) treatment - its the same situation for all pro sports

in other words, the body wants/tries to adapt to the new conditions (of significantly increased activity and lack of muscles to keep up with the activity while protecting the bones & co.), so it draws energy from where it can and builds as much muscles as it can to meet the demand, if it can

fast metabolism may be good to avoid easily becoming obese, but it also means you have to strain the digestive system more in order to extract the same amount of energy, which is inefficient & costly - a moderate metabolism would be the ideal case, however for that to happen, one has to make many changes to the way one lives/eats/thinks/...

hormonal problems? a significant change of living environment or diet or working environment? significant (psychological) stress?
if you wanna do the gym or any kind of heavier physical activity, you'll have to eat more, gotta get the energy from somewhere
what about (heavier and/or incl. fatty parts & skin) meat, eggs, milk (less processed or with a higher % of fat), bread or simply increasing the dosage?
no need to answer, just some things to consider

No, I used to be an emotional eater. So when times got tough, I used to stuff my face and overeat ;o)

A few years back I decided it went on too far and I seriously needed to lose weight. That kinda turned into new obsessions with whatever I eat to the point where I weigh myself daily and count every single calorie. I would never ever admit this in real life though. Guess it's easier to say it here...

Lately it's gotten to the point where people complain about my weight and my mom keeps reading articles about bulimia.
    It's fairly annoying..

I never thought I'd say this, but at this point, gaining weight has gotten really hard :/ (due to bad habits and obsessions)

ok, so you can gain weight and lose it simply by obsessing about it, ie. its a psychological/emotional issue: the emotions change with a too great magnitude, imagine wild waves that go too high and too low as opposed to being calmer, closer to the axis/middle line - in other words, you just have to start controlling your emotions better, not letting various events 'get to you' (incl. family, relationships, work, life, problems), to cause emotional outbursts or longer-lasting episodes, try calming the waters/waves, you can feel them (intuition) even if they are of a lower amplitude and you will have a better overview of the situation (a clearer mind, not having to deal with emotional strings being excessively pulled, effectively excessively distracting the mind)

lets see how the 5-step program works with emotional disorders:

    (1) take some time off (an hour a day or more)
    (2) take a deep breath, relax, meditate (clears the mind - silent places preferred)
    (3) do whatever you think is necessary (things like: 'calming the waters' in practical situations), use your intelligence (if you feel you need to change something in the process, change it)
    (4) don't worry about the outcome no matter what happens (new episodes, nagging people around you, slow progress, alarmists everywhere,...)
    (5) enjoy the experience, be happy, observe the results

I want to describe a cable that was packed in certain way and was unpacked differently. Say when you do pack a cable in a circular motion clock-wise and when unpacking, you just pull it as opposed to unwrapping counter clock-wise.
The cable isn't smooth. I don't know the term I'm looking for.

While we're talking aboput cables, do you guys know of way to pack cables in way without damadging them? I have my laptop cord for example, I mostly do a 1 pack and 1 unpack per day but sometimes there are more than that.
If I don't pack it at all (just throw it), the cable becomes as above. If I do pack it, I'm worried that 2-3 packs like this a day will kill it.

    Any ideeas?

Something completely unrelated, do you guys think it's worth it to get a .io domain for a domain hack? I think it's _super_ cool, but io's are damn expensive :/

don't know it either, some suggestions:

to wind up / to coil / to wrap up the cable in a loop / bundle
    reeled cable
    reel off, unreel, unwind

    Code:

probably not an issue unless you bend it too much and its not an expensive part either

At an average of two packings per day, it took me 2.25 years to break the wiring in my laptop's charger's cable, which was low enough to make me reevaluate my habit.

Nowadays I just don't unwrap the thing and use the computer really close to a power socket, or just throw the charger in my backpack as-is.

Actually, nic.io is quite expensive. There are others as low as 27 pounds, including tax. That is roughly the price of two cheap domains. If it was 72 pounds, I wouldn't be considering at all!!
