Is there any good app for upscaling an image? I googled a bit, bit every free I found is garbage!

I tried upscaling an image that was taken with phone. It's basically a photo of a document. No matter what app I use the result is always the same, I can't read anything on it.

you may try some photo processing software powered by AI to keep the upscale image sharpe.
