That wasn't soccer though. It was the game with the most faults so far. Neymar got out of the game with a broken vertebrae..

Strictly speaking, soccer is not a contact sport. You are supposed to play the ball, not the opponent. In general, contact with another player is forbidden. But even then, that match was an impact sport rather than a contact one.

it was a very eventful/exciting/entertaining game, as opposed to the european calculated machinery displayed a few hours earlier
the only major complaint could be the lack of goals considering the number of opportunities and a somewhat lesser 2nd half
btw. the referee was great too as far as i could tell (didn't watch the whole game)
