What are the contents of your batch file?

Basically, it is a batch that launches all my applications. It is filled with START and CALL but why would it work on HKLM and not on HKCU?
The weird thing is that I have other programs in HKCU\Run and they work fine, all executables of course.

Process Monitor may give some clues, if you can manage to run it early enough.

I'll do tests this week-end on my virtual machines and find the culprit.
