I wanted to surprise you with a novelty and it seems to have worked

I'm a little sad because winter is over, but otherwise, things are stable for the time being.

Eh, you should have told them you wanted to keep your mind clean and focused to work efficiently and make the right choice on any decisions you come across. Or at least that's one of the lines I have on my memory cache in case someone asks me why I don't drink

when manager came back, he asked me where's your liquor , i said its empty . He said did u drink it? i said glass is empty and its all that matters.I said i dont know may be some1 else drank it.
This made me laugh so much! What you had done was so damn obvious and he knew it

Anyway, right now I'd bide my time instead of quitting if I were you. A transfer or promotion is likely around the corner (based on that "are you okay working on Delhi" question) and that should bring some improvement.

If you do part ways with the company, those projects you worked around the clock on can be added to your CV, so you wouldn't be completely starting over. Speaking of which:

After some days i exchanged some words with a senior. He said somehing rudely to me and i said this is office, if u really have a problem with me, u n i can settle the score outside
Try to avoid comments like this, as tempting as they may be, you don't want to end up in a blacklist.

The "take your office home" starter kit.

I've been working like this over the weekend and it's super comfortable, although cumbersome to set up at first.

I'd run an extended SMART test to ensure there aren't any hardware defects.
There's a bad sector and somehow it seems unable to reallocate it. It's only a writing issue though since reading is fine. It's also a shitty decision to just RMA it and lose 4TB of data to get a new drive, since I don't have the storage to make a backup.

Meh. I'm going to start moving my files back to my old crappy drive and hope it doesn't bork out until I do. Delete the things I don't really need, then I will just RMA it. It was too expensive to keep it this way. Attempting to fully overwrite the part that was borked with zeroes so it would force reallocation, the event was already triggered over a 1000 times. The last 800GB is pretty much unusable. It's stupid though, since the first 3TB on the disk is blazing fast. Maybe it has one faulty platter? Don't know...

This is very annoying. First time buying a hard drive through a webshop i can't physically drive to and this shit happens.

    this fucking sucks!

As long as this is an option, it'll always be the best one. I went through the same ordeal three years ago, except the disk was out of warranty. Eventually I recovered all data (and hopefully so will you), but I was on my toes the entire time.

Well, you know what they say about girls on the Internet. Or the lack thereof.

It's only 1 month old, warranty should be 2 years. It's just a major hassle I don't need right now..

And yes, I know. But it still surprises me every time, lol.

I need a throw-away email, but a 10minutemail is not enough. It needs to be a valid account I want to use for just one service but I have to keep checking it now and then.
I used to make hotmail accounts, but they're asking for phone numbers now.

    What is your best alternative??

Edit: nvm, I just found tutanota :)

Spambog has tons of domains (which come and go, so pick one from among the first few for your particular usage), and some of them let you set a password too.

Outlook forces you to give a phone number now? Until some months ago it was phone or an alternate e-mail address for verification.
