This is the reason I set it a little overly.
I've tested a total of three private trackers,
I was banned by HDC.

I hope, When add seeds, to pass the download and go to seeding.

Although I was banned,
I think it is a good experience.

Not sure what you mean by this, but adding torrents as 100% done from the start is possible.

That is something I agree with. No systematic cheating!
But when the number of completed download is low and the swarm is small, the only solution that comes to my mind is at least for a short period of time, cheat using RSS feature and be among those people who are downloading the file (most of them are seed-box owners).
It may seems strange but I do not believe you should even have >1 ratio when you are cheating.
When you have enough peer ids that I mentioned in second point I made, at least for sometime, you are good to change your method and maybe even cross-seed.

Dear author, The248, can you add support PAC-url's (for proxy access) like this.
There is no access directly. Only with the PAC.

Proxy auto-config in wiki.

After loading your .torrent into mRatio and choosing the client to be emulated (must match your real one) you press the "memory reader" button and if your client is properly running, then mRatio will fill the blanks for you.

1- is it save to upload on file have 300-500 seeds and only have 3-8 leeschs ?

2- i use 5.2 and it's doing good so far do i need to update to the last ?

Generally speaking, I'd tell you to look for something better. But it all depends on which tracker we're talking about and how active those 3-8 leechers are.

Yes, it's almost always a good idea (and newer client files demand v5.4.1).

when i only want to upload on mRatio do i choose (leeching 0%) or (seeding 100%) ?
