Thanks, I've already tried there, but the antivirus identifies it as a virus.
Even the icon is not a uTorrent original icon, I think someone "messing up" with this installs.

Filehippo is yet another site joining the trend of "online" installers with spyware "offers", sadly. They do have the option to download the real thing, it's just hidden somewhere near the big download button.

I have tried mratio 52, 5.02, and 5.03 and every single one of them fail to scan the memory when a torrent is running. Haven't used this software in a while but I never had it do this before. Listening port is green, client file is matching my utorrent client (27385), and I tried closing/start stopping the torrent multiple times and once out of 100 attempts (no this is not an exaggeration) it will finally succeed.

Last version I used mratio was 4.3 I believe and I used 27385 with no problems so it's either some goofy thing on my side or perhaps the client doesn't play nice anymore with older versions of utorrent? Any help would be greatly appreciated on the matter, thank you.

Upgrade your mR to last version 5.2 ,I just tested it and mR 5.2 load the client .( you use old mR below 5.2 right ? )

I have a question. Everytime when i restart mR, the port will become 0, and mR log said "The tracker returned the following failure reason: invalid port" how to change the port?

mratio 5.2 is best but so much lagging as compare to 4.5 version please help about this lagging issue
because due to this this software was close automatically some time
or apply appearance same as 4.5 for less lagging
