Hello. I can help you with the first question. There is an option in mRatio that says "Use safer upload and download speed limits". You simply need to uncheck it.

It's very important to use memory reader so that your faking will look as best as possible in the eyes of the tracker. To use have the real client running (works better it there's any torrent downloading) and hit the memory read button, choose the running client, search and apply the values.

It means there are no incoming connections on that port, if you are using memory reader properly you don't need to worry about that.

in mRatio 5.2, i need to know that the Listening port should be same to installed utorrent or not? Listening port should be in which color, it is red when i choose the same Listening port as of utorrent, please clarify on this or just doing Memory reader is good. Kindly let me know the details

if you use memory reader so mR will update the port number according your real uTorrent so don't worry.
for sure it will be red because your real client already listening to it.

using memory reader is the safest thing you can do.

Yes, it's safe as long as you don't have the same torrent running in both.
For the memory reader to work, the real client must be running.
