I was seeding a torrent with mratio and after sometime my pc shut down due to power cut and no announces were made. Why does the torrent still appear in my tracker profile under seeding? I'm not seeding anything with mratio right now but im my profile it shows as seeding.

wait for tracker's cleaning process and it will disappear. within some hours.

Which hex editor program should I use for the editing ?
If I only change the Https to Http will it work ?

I like HxD, and it is good enough for this task. Grab a new .torrent from the tracker, check what the right announce URLs is, then replace the old ones with that. And remember you have to edit the string length too.

If you are not familiar with bencoding, my advice would be to edit one of the torrents with BEncode Editor, compare the differences, and then apply them on the rest.

@anon bencode editors is the right choice because you just change the tracker URL and they care of everything.

I would just pay for a good VPN and all your traffic is encrypted and you don't need to worry as much about your DLs.

You can only change one file at a time with BEncode Editor, although come to think of it, HxD doesn't have a "replace on all windows" function either... I was thinking of WinHex.

Or maybe download the GNU CoreUtils for Windows and use sed

I had once a multi torrent bencode editor but i can't find it at the moment. any way you can use online sites like Torrent Editor , I think i will work on Bencode editor with multi torrent support.

Is mRatio capable of fake uploading a single part/file of torrent file like uploading *torrentname*.r00 and not the whole torrent file??

You can do this by using the custom finished % (it will needs some calculation)

keep reading the forums and you'll understand how bittorrent work and mRatio works with any torrent and any tracker, you have to be afraid of you not mRatio.

On my search i found an old post by a user in mRatio 4.5 topic that might be an answer about my question about "Outside Seeding for uTorrent on TL"

2. You can do this for scene releases because they assume you already downloaded the release from another torrent site. It's fine to do this, but don't do it with P2P files (like user encodes) or site specific packs (like Torrentleech packs) because most of the time there's only 1 or 2 sources for those types of files.
3. Not really, especially on scene sites such as SCC. You can download the scene release on Torrentleech then seed it on SCC so SCC sees 0KB downloaded but many GB uploaded.
