From your perspective, what makes the staff 'quite ridiculous'?? Thier positions on community matters or thier online behaviours??

They freeze your account with reasons that doesnt apply, then when you email them, they take a few weeks or months to get a reply to you. And 99% of the time, they don't show you WHY you got banned, and they certainly don't unfreeze you. Tried talking to them but they just doesn't give a shit about it. I gave up totally after that.
