Pretending to a seeder without any actual upload or download

As you know there are trackers like Comic BT, BTN that grant benefit to users that seed irrespective of whether they are actually uploading anything, based on the size of the file they are seeding. So a curious thought came to my mind.

Suppose I use Ratiomaster 1.9.1 to seed a file that is readily available on other trackers without actually downloading it?

That is I start a 20 GB file with the following properties:

1) It is not the largest file, nor the file with the most seeders. It has about 30-50 other seeders.
2) It is readily and easily available on other trackers, it is a rather common release.

I seed this on Ratiomaster with the following settings:

1) Finished % = 100
2) Upload = 0 kB/s [I will simply report that I have uploaded NOTHING every update]
3) Download = 0 kB/s [I will simply report that I have downloaded NOTHING every update]
4) I simulate the same client that I usually use to download from the tracker
5) I use memory reader to get the same peer_id and key

Apart from this I check "Get seeders/leechers stats (scrap info from tracker). I don't use TCP listener, so I will appear as unconnectable [so the admin cannot connect to my client and run scripts]

Suppose I do this - I know that I will appear as a "seeder" based on my trial on another tracker.

But is this 100% safe? Is there anyway at all that I can be caught?
