I started using torrents in the mid of 2006 but actually began to understand them in 2007. Our story begins...

Twas the last night of 2006 and I was trying to download The Fresh Pirnce of Bel Air. Google search revelead several torrent results but only one still had seeders. It was from demonoid.
At that time, demonoid was available to everyone but with a 3 torrent download restriction per day for all that didn't have an account. As it always been, it was very hard to obtain an invitation from non-dedicated forums.
3 months passed and within that time of constant struggle to beg and plead for demonoid invites on blogs and forums, I accomplished: not a thing! Demonoid changed their policiy to No account = No download and once again the struggle began...
I eventually wound up on forum.torrents.ro and searched their internal tracker list for alternative trackers to use besides demonoid. This is how I got to SceneFZ aka FileZone.ro.

After one month I got to another so-called invite forum named torrente.3xforum.ro. That was the land of noobs trying to get invites. For this forum I began to operate. Learned the basics of torrenting, trading, tracker levels, scamming and also received some invites to SceneLinks.ro, XtremeZone.ro and Demonoid.

By May 2007 I already was a member of 3 trackers and 2 invite forums.
Using my new found trading skills, I actually received iplay.ro by giving away an invite code to demonoid. Of course getting into iplay.ro was easy, staying alive in there wasn't... At that time I had 30K maximum upload speed so under no circumstances was I able to make a 1:1 ratio. So I googled and googled a way and found Ratio Master. Used it one day to balance my ratio and the other day I was disabled. The next few months I've been reading about ratio fake applications and strategies.
I traded with scammers and lost a very important account (music-vids) and also traded with a member of the tracker staff at czone and also lost all of my dupe accounts in there.
Methods include: keylogger exec hidden in images, screenshots that served as evidence of dupe accounts.
One time I even reported a scammer and faked evidence of cheating and stuff. What didn't I do??

Got into several other trackers by free-reg and I tried Ratio Master. Some worked, some didn't but still didn't matter because there were free registration. In order to get by the damages made by failed fake techniques, I asked some friends to help by creating multiple accounts on trackers for testing. I had a static IP back then and could not register more then 1 account.
Everything was running fine until we've lost track of emails and accounts...

I eventually wound up on SB-I. And created the account a year later (2008). And gathered more trackers and more and more...
Now, because there were many disabled accounts, I needed to keep track of the flagged names and email addresses used. So I created an simple excel sheet for this job.
Thus I became a collector.

Got disabled on torrente.3xforum.ro due to insults and bad behavior. Also disabled on torrentinvite.com because I used the same username here as there. Messages always start with something like "I'm sick of what you've become".

I needed to build a bigger database... And i did using access. Automatic filtering of used emails and usernames. Unique usernames,passwords, email address were generated automatically. It became so easy of keeping track of things that I never once thought about the people that invited me (and there were many).

2011: Everything stopped. No additions whatsoever. Several accounts died of inactivity.
Massive damage.
Started to help and gaved away most invites before the winter holidays

2012: Giveaways and more giveaways...
Tracker list still plummeting.

Still have the ones I use on a regular basis but whenever I think about it, makes me proud. Everything that was done from nothing! And till this day, everything I have is being shared among my friends that helped me back in the day. They never seed but they sure do love to download...
