their forum is also down. they have some problems with the server

Our host just let us know what happened: the contents of two of their nodes were deleted (somehow). The ETA to get our sites back up is 24 hours, so please bare with us.
Anyway they seem confident the problem will be fixed, so that's 'good' news (although another 24 hours of downtime is terrible).
ps a 'node' is a server which contains multiple virtual servers, one of those virtual servers was ours.
