seems to be a nice collection of windows tools and utilities.
however most of the major categories are direct links to a small number of windows specific sites under the same roof. i could be wrong but this looks just like a relay frontpage to me. i wouldn't be surprised if the new owner is the same as of those sites this site links to mostly.
