    Lenovo Z570Am

Hi guys again:) The problem is at my laptop-Intel Core i32330M second gen-2.20GHz. 8gb ram, GeForce 540m 1GB, windows 7 x64 ultimate,
when running .mkv, mp4 files (high definition) and runing utorrent 2.0.4 (uploading speed at 10Mbps) mkv and mp4 not play smooth , There is diffrence between picture and sound , not sync, delay between them, is my laptop is too slow (crap) to handle this actions or i need just some new codec.

p.s. I try with gom player, kmplayer, bsplayer, k-lite code pack and the result is the same.

You got lots of RAM I see. Must be nice. But with respect to your media players playing slow, if for example your watching streaming media the connection lag might be an issue. The download stream is not sufficient. When it's not streaming media the problem might be what is called 'UDMA' which is short for Ultra Direct Memory Access. UDMA basically is a sort of transfer mode. Anyways this sort of problem is caused by either a piece of hardware or a driver on your machine. Go into your Device Manager and locate the "IDE ATA/ATAPI ' controllers. Right click on each. Go to Properties. If you see some of one of your disc drives being listed in what is called PIO mode, then this is what might be causing you problems. Update your firmware. The problem may or may not be also your motherboard.

Try CoreAVC, it's really fast. It lets me play 720p in my low-end netbook without lag.

After you install it, disable any other H.264/AVC codecs to make sure Core takes precedence.

    try potplayer PotPlayer 1.5.33948 - VideoHelp.com Downloads
DXVA is enabled by default but check anyway Daum PotPlayer with DXVA - SmoothVideo Project (SVP) - frame doubling interpolation
although i think i3 is fast enough for 1080p decoding.

If you don't have any other codecs that support H.264 installed (e.g. ffdshow-tryouts), CoreAVC should be used whenever possible.

In MPC-HC you can check by right-clicking the video -> Filters, no idea on potplayer.

in potplayer right-click on the window and select "Preferences..."
in the "Filter Control" section choose "Video Decoder"
click on filter management and then click on scan, it will find and add all installed codecs
then you can set a video decoder for each format, now you are using the build in decoders
