good point. i think we can't count oink anymore. it's too long ago and the tools and mods evolved a lot.
and yes, i think what is at least equal to ScT if not even better regarding anti-cheating stuff. not to mention that speed was not an issü on ScT

Just would like to add, if Level 10 represents in General the Maximum of Anti-Cheater-Methods, than What.cd could deserve this 'Title'.

So if there is -afterwards- another Tracker which has better Methods, than we could rearrange it again, (as always based on User-Experiences).

Currently What.cd is the hardest tracker to cheat on ,so it deserves level 10

what.cd ist wirklich ein sehr sichere Tracker bin kein cheater aber hab dort trotzdem schon 3 acc gehabt... Dort bin ich auch schon als "cheater" bezeichnet worden weil ich ein Torrent von einer anderen Seite geladen habe und dann auf What.cd geseedet habe....
Beim letzten acc hatte ich um die 150GB up und 0 down war freeleech, hatte richtig Freude, doch dann wurde mein acc gesperrt weil ich zuvor schon 2 acc's hatte. Was für mich bis heute unklar ist wie die dort ein Zusammenhang mit meinen anderen acc's feststellen konnten, ich habe eine andere e-mail andere Benutzername anderes Passwort andere IP anderes Benutzerbild usw. verwendet, trotzdem konnten Sie mir im IRC die Benutzernamen meiner alten acc's sagen....

Google isn't being exactly helpful - I'm undecided on whether you've been banned for multiple accounts or having uploaded a torrent from another tracker to What. If you or someone else could translate this to English it'd be great.

I try to translate it:

He said that he is not a cheater and that he had already three Accounts at What.CD.
He claimed that they called him 'cheater' because he uploaded a torrent, which he took from another site.

Furthermore he explained that his last Account was buffered with 150GB UP and Zero DL (due to freeleech).
Then suddenly, his Accounts was banned because of the fact that he had there already two Accounts.

For him it is a big question, how it could be possible that they found out that his Accounts were associated to one person.
He described that he used different mail-ids and user-ids, also different passwords, avatars, and ip's.

He was astonished that they could even tell him his user-id of his several ACCs via IRC.

it could be the CSS Browser Leak, or something with his Mac-ID.
